It is with regret and sadness that we advise that one of our Founding Fellows, John Brunner, has passed away at the age of 83 years. John was a wonderful man who had a long and successful career as a construction litigator and who was a staunch supporter of our College.

His scholarly writings and presentations as well as his fellowship will be sorely missed.
