The CCCL is proud to announce that two of our Fellows: Marcia J. Oliver & John Margie, along with Josh Strub of PNR RailWorks have developed and started teaching a course in construction law at Western University. This course has been designed to provide Western University law school students with a comprehensive overview of Construction Law including topics such as project delivery models, bidding and tendering, project security including bonding, insurance and the contractual and statutory frameworks.
