Several Fellows of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers have been appointed to dispute panels and are experienced arbitrators and mediators related to all types of construction disputes. These panel members have experience in all types of construction issues such as architectural, engineering, delay, scope and damages, both nationally and internationally. Many are included in the roster of neutrals with several ADR provides including provincial arbitration and mediation centres and the American Arbitration Association, among others.
