The Honourable Neil C. Wittmann Appointed Chief Justice of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta

The Canadian College of Construction Lawyers extends its congratulations to The Honourable Neil C. Wittmann, Associate Chief Justice of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta who was recently appointed Chief Justice to replace the Honourable Chief Justice A.H. Wachowich, who elected to become a supernumerary Judge as of October, 1 2009.

Mr. Justice Wittmann has been a distinguished member of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers since 1998 and an Honourary member of the College since 2000.
