The Canadian College of Construction Lawyers extends its congratulations to The Honourable Michael F. Harrington, a Judge of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, Trial Division who was recently appointed a Judge of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador to replace Mr. Justice L.D. Barry in St. John’s, who elected to become a supernumerary Judge as of September 1, 2009.

Mr. Justice Harrington has been a distinguished member of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers since 1998 and was previously a Governor. He has been an Honourary member of the College since 2007.
