The Canadian College of Construction Lawyers extends its congratulations to Mélanie Jacques, Chief of legal affairs of Hydro-Québec’s Commercial Affairs and Procurement team, who was appointed a judge of the Court of Québec. She will perform her duties mainly at the Civil Division in Montreal.
Madam Justice Jacques has been a member of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers since 2022.
