The Fellows of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers congratulate our friends and colleagues Harvey J. Kirsh and Matthew R. Alter on the publication of their book,  Kirsh and Alter, A Guide to Construction Liens in Ontario (3d ed).

Since the inception of the College, Harvey has been a distinguished Officer and Governor and is also a Past President of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers. Matthew has been a Fellow of the College since 2006 and is the Editor of the Journal of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers and past Chair of the Legal Update Committee.
