Our colleague and CCCL Fellow Harvey J. Kirsh has been awarded the Governor General of Canada’s Medal for Meritorious Service for leadership and development in the field of construction law in Canada. Created by Queen Elizabeth II, the medal is intended to recognize individuals for exceptional and outstanding service which bring benefit and honour to Canada. The presentation ceremony by the Governor General will take place at Rideau Hall in Ottawa in the Fall.
