It is with regret and sadness that we advise that our founding Fellow Ken Scott has died on April 14, 2020 at the age of 89. Ken Scott was the consummate counsel and highly respected as a Barrister as well as a construction lawyer. He co-authored the leading authority in Canada on surety law.
