The Canadian College of Construction Lawyers is pleased to announce that Founding Fellow, Harvey Kirsh, has just been announced as the winner of the Ontario Bar Association’s prestigious Award of Excellence in Construction and Infrastructure Law. The Construction and Infrastructure Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association established the Award of Excellence to recognize exceptional contributions by individuals both to the law and the construction bar. Mr. Kirsh, one of Ontario’s most respected construction lawyers, is well deserving of the Award and the College is proud to count him amongst our members.
