Our College Fellow and Past President of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers, Bob Beaumont, Co-Chair of the Construction and Infrastructure Group of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, has been elected to a 3-year term of the Governing Committee of the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry for 2003-2006. This is the first time a Canadian has held this office. His election took place on May 9, 2003, at the Annual Meeting of the Forum in Boston.

Twelve construction lawyers were recently featured in “The 2003 Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada”. All twelve are Fellows of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers. They are:
